Contingency day available tomorrow is not being utilised
A revised schedule for Friday (6 June) has been issued by the clerk of the TT course.
The Mountain Road will close at 9am, with all other roads following suit at 10am.
Gary Thompson says: "Given the poor weather forecast tomorrow and in order to provide teams, competitors, marshals, and event officials with sufficient rest, the contingency day available tomorrow is not being utilised."
Friday's schedule currently looks like this:
- 09:00 - Mountain Road closed
- 10:00 - All Roads closed
- 10:45 - Opul Superstock TT Race 2
- 13:00 - 3wheeling.media Sidecar TT Race 2
- 15:00 - Senior Practice Lap
- 16:15 - Entire Cover insurance Supertwin TT Race 2
Roads around the course will re-open no later than 9:30pm.
