
Three people from the Willaston area appeared in court this morning in connection with an alleged incident in Peveril Road on Monday evening.
20 year old Christopher Crellin has been remanded in custody, charged with possessing two large knives. He will appear before the High Bailiff on August the 7th.
26 year old Stacey Aston and 17 year old Jade Karen Cooney are both charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice by providing false witnesses statements.
Aston and Cooney have been bailed until August the 21st: they must observe a 9pm to 7am curfew, report to police headquarters daily, not contact any witnesses and hand in their passports.
