Proposal rejected but will be put forward for combined vote in November
The minister for the cabinet office hopes Tynwald members will 'reflect' before the Area Plan for the North and West is put forward for a combined vote next month.
It's after the proposal - which would have guided future development across Ramsey, Peel, Michael, and the surrounding parishes - was rejected by the court.

The vote was 14 for, 17 against, with the Legislative Council ultimately guiding the outcome.
