Manx Care 'can't promise' there won't be capacity issues in Noble's Emergency Department this Manx Grand Prix.
It's after racing at the Southern 100 last month was cancelled on one of the days because the hospital was dealing with a series of urgent admissions.
This week there'll be three extra ED nurses on duty while six members of staff have come over from the UK to help cope with an increased demand.
